THE WINTER STORM WATCH HAS BEEN UPGRADED. * TIMING: SNOW WILL DEVELOP IN THE HIGHER ELEVATIONS LATE TONIGHT THEN INCREASE IN INTENSITY AND DROP TO NEAR LAKE LEVEL THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
